Connection availability
Public directory releases are being prepared. A public Use Borage listing is not yet confirmed for ChatGPT or Claude. Custom connections are currently for invited production testing.
Only connect to Use Borage using connection details supplied by the project desk. Public installation links will be added here after publication.
Use your existing account
Sign in with the same verified account you use on the Use Borage website. Authorize the account permissions shown during connection. A professional needs their existing profile linked to that account; connecting does not create a professional profile.
The connection accesses only projects and professional work authorized for that account. Connecting is not acceptance of platform terms, a project agreement or a payment instruction.
Continue your project in chat
Ask to review your projects, prepare or edit a draft, check an exact brief, follow progress, answer an input request or inspect a deliverable. Saving a draft and approving it to start sourcing are separate actions. Review the exact revision and sharing boundary before giving approval.
Professionals can check their invitations, read the recorded conversation and assigned work, and send a requested reply. A received reply or delivery is not an award, acceptance or permission to begin work.

Website steps and email updates
File uploads, exact legal decisions and payment steps use the existing website journey. Open a labelled secure link promptly: sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and can be used once. Opening a link does not itself approve work or charge you.
For several pages, use one secure sign-in link, then the ordinary destination links in the same signed-in browser. A later sign-in can invalidate earlier unused links. Ask for a fresh link if one expires.
Email can notify you when a project step is ready. A queued notification is not confirmed delivery. Ask chat to check again for the current saved state; automatic chat notifications are not promised.
Website payment availability depends on the project and current service configuration. Connecting chat does not enable payment processing or create an entitlement to paid work.
Data and permissions
Send only information and files needed for your project. Relevant project instructions, answers and feedback are saved to the same account and workflow used by the website. The connection does not require your full conversation history.
Read the Privacy Notice for collection, storage, service providers, retention and your rights. Legal acceptance is recorded through the existing website controls, separately from connecting your account.
Reconnect, disconnect or get help
If sign-in expires, reconnect through the host’s connector or plugin settings using the same Use Borage account. If permissions are denied or a professional profile is missing, contact the project desk; do not try another person’s project identifiers.
To disconnect, remove or disconnect Use Borage in ChatGPT or Claude settings. This ends that connection; it does not delete your saved projects or cancel an agreement. Contact support for account, privacy or deletion requests.
For help, include the host, approximate time, project reference and error message. Never send passwords, verification codes, access tokens or secure sign-in links.
